Million Tech announces its implementation of New Health Incentive Program to all staffs.
Objective of scheme
We care our employees as the most important asset, the Fitbit Health Incentive Program is newly introduced to promote healthy environment in office and to replace the old health incentive plan.
Brief introduction of the scheme
One fitbit watch (model: Fitbit Charge 2) will be sponsored with different color for selection. (i.e. Black, Blue, Teal, Plum) Staff is encouraged to achieve certain steps per day, minimum 35,000 steps per week. Regular progress report will be recorded for internal ranking.
In total, more than 50 staffs have joined the program. In order to boost the positive competition, not only for those fulfilled certain steps that will receive the relative incentive, but also the first-ten most walking steps will be awarded as well.
Effectiveness till now & our plan
The new health incentive program was successfully implemented from 1 January 2017 to 2 April 2017 (13 weeks) as pre-launch trial period.
The result is impressive that the staff walking most steps has achieved 18,000 steps every day continuously within 13 weeks. On average, 55% of our staff was reported walking over 10,000 steps every day too.
