Our partner was working with POS PCs on a remote ordering project for a fast food chain with 60 outlets, all of which required hardware support. The partner service focused on supporting software maintenance, and they were looking for a partner to provide IT hardware support and maintenance services.
The Solution: Provision of a Hardware Maintenance Service
Million Tech provided a hardware support and maintenance service for POS PCs in the fast food stores between 10:00 – 18:00 from Monday to Sunday. This included onsite labor by our service team, and reduced the burden of support for the client’s small-scale IT team.
The Benefit: Each Party Focused on Their Main Business
Million Tech reduced both the partner’s and fast food chain store’s burden of hardware support. This enabled the partner to concentrate on their backend networking business. Million Tech provided hardware support and maintenance services. The fast food stores were then able to concentrate on their food and beverage business. Three objectives were successfully achieved.
