- Service center daily operation
- Provide IT hotline support to customer
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally by phone or email
- Provide clerical support to the Service Team such as preparing statistical data & reports, data entry and filing
- Other ad hoc tasks as required
- DSE or above
- 1-2 years customer service / helpdesk service in IT industry is an advantage
- Customer oriented with good telephone manner and communication skills
- Good team player, self-initiative, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Good computer knowledge and proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Working hours : 8:30am – 5:30pm (Mon – Fri)
