Future Plans: Expansion and Integration
Alan plans to open more branches for wider coverage. He also aims to optimize the self-service kiosk functions, discussing with Million Tech the potential introduction of a CRM membership and rewards program to cultivate regulars and enhance loyalty.

Furthermore, he revealed plans to integrate electric vehicle (EV) charging facilities. This idea stems from the car wash’s quieter weekday mornings and the current undersupply of EV charging points in Hong Kong. Offering charging services could meet more customer needs and expand business opportunities.
