At this year (May 2025)’s Hospital Authority Convention, Million Tech’s exhibition booth introduced the Live-Print AI Personalized Eco Bag station, promoting sustainability while engaging attendees with our advanced technologies.

Challenges
At the Hospital Authority Convention, engaging visitors and effectively promoting our solutions posed several challenges. With numerous exhibitors presenting innovative technologies, it was difficult to stand out and attract a steady flow of attendees to our booth. Traditional methods of showcasing solutions lacked interactivity, making it harder to leave a lasting impression. Additionally, promoting environmental awareness in a way that resonated with attendees required a creative and impactful approach.
Solutions
Million Tech introduced the Live-Print AI Personalized Eco Bag station at the Hospital Authority Convention to address engagement challenges. This innovative solution allowed attendees to create unique, eco-friendly bags using preset AI prompts, which were instantly printed on-site. The interactive experience not only captured visitors’ attention but also promoted environmental awareness in a creative and memorable way. By integrating this technology into our booth, we successfully attracted more attendees, providing them with an engaging platform to learn about our healthcare solutions, such as IPMOE, UPI, PIVS, and INVENTICK.

The Live-Print AI Personalized Eco Bag station significantly increased engagement at the Hospital Authority Convention, attracting over 200 visitors—far surpassing the initial estimate of 50. This initiative not only boosted booth traffic but also provided greater exposure to solutions like IPMOE, UPI, PIVS, and INVENTICK. By creating personalized eco-friendly bags, it promoted environmental awareness while leaving a lasting impression on attendees. The approach effectively strengthened our brand presence and highlighted our commitment to innovation and sustainability.
