This system is equipped with a user-friendly kiosk that facilitates the submission of tenders by enabling the scanning of documents and issuing of receipts. To streamline the classification and organization of tenders for various projects, the system includes an automated transportation belt. Furthermore, to ensure the integrity of the tender process, mobile handheld devices are provided to the internal staff. These devices are used for a secondary verification step and for recording tender codes, which is a critical measure to eliminate any possibility of confusion or loss of tenders during the filing process.
