Picking – Employees check orders directly on their mobile devices and execute the picking according to the optimum route suggested by the WMS.
Packaging and Labeling – After the picking, customer orders are packaged carefully for their delivery to the destination based on shipping lists generated by the WMS. All orders can have a barcode attached, so can be identified faster.
Delivery – The orders are loaded into cars according to predetermined rules, depending on the location where they are to be delivered.
Inventory – The entire process is done by using the WMS, based on inventory lists generated by it. The use of scanning devices contributes to increase the accuracy and completion of the inventory in a much shorter time.
