政府撥款10億元夥市建局推舊樓排水系統維修資助，主要針對樓齡40年或以上樓宇，市建局行政總監韋志成今日（11日）在網誌表示，自5月1日起接受首階段申請，截至本月初，共收到約100宗合資格申請，涉及約5,700伙。明日（12日）亦展開第2階段申請。
